Objectives: Gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) is a that rarely found and characterized by positive KIT (CD117) DOG1 results. Multiple myeloma (MM) malignant proliferation of uncontrolled plasma cells in the bone marrow which produces abnormal proteins or urine. The coexistence GIST other solid cancers gastrointestinal tract urinary have been widely reported, but with hematologic malignancies scarce case.Methods: Case Report. Results: Immunochemistry plays an important role determining diagnosis treatment GIST. Concomitant therapy between dan MM gives good Conclusion: management both diagnoses carried out simultaneously while considering possibility various side effects arise. For GIST, given target Imatinib mesylate selected therapy, for conventional therapeutic regimens according to patient's age ability.
